Standard Shipping takes 3 to 7 business days and is available for FREE to the 48 contiguous states (and Washington DC) and for a fee, based on order value, to the non-contiguous states and territories. The non-contiguous states and territories are as follows: Alaska (AK), American Samoa (AS), Federated States of Micronesia (FM), Guam (GU), Hawaii (HI), Marshall Islands (MH), Northern Mariana Islands (MP), Palau (PW), Puerto Rico (PR), US Virgin Islands (VI), Armed Forces Americas (AA), Armed Forces Europe (AE), and Armed Forces Pacific (AP).
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. The average shipping time is 5 business days. If you haven’t received your package after 7 business days, please email us at email@example.com
Ordering from our website, you will be temporarily redirected to our payment gateway where you can securely input your information. We do not have access to your credit card information.
We accept payment by PayPal, Mastercard, Visa, or American Express. The purchase price at the time of order, plus shipping, is due at the time the order is placed. All prices are in USD. Sales tax is only charged on orders shipping to Minnesota addresses. We can ship outside the U.S. per customer request. Please contact us prior to ordering from outside the U.S. so we can estimate the shipping fees and answer additional questions.
International shipments are not guaranteed after the package has been surrendered to customs (tracking usually terminates in Chicago, IL). Some countries have less reliable local customs handling. All international shipments are made via United States Postal Service (USPS). A tracking number is provided when possible, but the USPS does not consider most international packages "trackable." Any scans outside the United States are at the discretion of local agencies and packages are not required to be scanned. International shipments are subject to local customs delays. Packages have been held in customs for a matter of weeks in some cases. Obviously, customs delays are out of our hands.
DAP/DDU stands for "Duty at Place" or "Delivery Duty Unpaid". Shipping, handling, and insurance charges from MenGrills only cover the delivery of the order. Any and all additional charges from import costs, such as VAT, duties, and clearing fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
In the case of a backorder, you will be informed of the delay, at which time you may request a prompt refund or permission to cancel your order with no penalty. If any part of your order is on backorder, we reserve the right to hold the entire order until such time as the entire order can be filled and shipped. Customers will be notified if this situation may occur and may ask us to ship a partial order in which case the freight charges will be charged on each segment and not the entire order.
MenGrills will not be held responsible for loss or damages to our products arising from shipment after delivery to the carrier. If any of our products are damaged during shipment, the customer will be responsible for filing a claim with the carrier.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
MenGrills retains the right to determine whether goods may be returned, exchanged, repaired, or order canceled. We encourage you to use caution when placing an order, as once the order is processed and shipped, there can be no cancellation, return, or exchange without prior authorization from MenGrills. If such an authorization is approved, returns will be considered within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are for the cost of the product only. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
MenGrills does not accept used or products damaged by the customer for refunds. Opened goods can be returned, upon approval.
In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product you may exercise your right, with the original sales receipt or proof of purchase, within 1 year from the purchase date, to return the product. We will, at our discretion, repair or replace any product covered under our limited warranty. We do not warranty the paint.
Any damage, misuse, or neglect (including failure to clean and oil the product after use by the customer, as outlined in the instruction manual) is not covered under warranty. If a product is determined to not be covered under warranty, the product will be returned to the customer at their expense.
